This course provides essential information for everyone about what neurodiversity is and the advantages it brings to the workplace. It also delves into the diverse nature of neurodivergent minds, strategies for effectively supporting neurodivergent colleagues, and creating an inclusive work environment.

Objectives

To define and explain what neurodiversity is, gain insight into the obstacles and strengths of neurodivergent individuals, increase awareness of accommodation, communication and sensory needs of neurodivergent individuals, and provide you with the skills necessary to foster inclusivity and community in both the workplace and the wider community in relation to neurodiversity.
