Business Objects - EDDIE - Unable to Log In or Disabled Account
My Business Objects/EDDIE account has been disabled or locked. I think I have tried to logon too many times or maybe it's because I have not been in Business Objects for awhile.
Your account can be locked or disabled for several reasons. It can be "locked" because of excessive failed password attempts or "disabled" due to inactivity on the account. However, “disabled” accounts do not necessarily mean that you have access in the first place. Please contact the AITS Service Desk at (217) 333-3102 or (312) 996-4806 and they will check your access.
To reset your EDDIE, Business Objects, or Data Warehouse password, please go to the EDDIE website and under Additional Resources, click Change EDDIE Password. You will then need to logon with your netID and password.
The policy regarding inactive accounts is as followed:
- If your account has not been used in the past two years, your account will be deleted. Please contact your USC to submit a new request to get EDDIE and/or Data Warehouse access.
