Where do I download my software? Where can I find my serial number, license number, license file, product key, password, code, etc?
You can download your software from your Order History.
Login to https://webstore.illinois.edu and click on My Account, Orders History in the menu along the top of the page.
Click on the blue Order number.
The download links and serial number, product key and/or authorization information is on this page.
