ClassTech, Training Request

Instructors can request a training session at a classroom to learn more about using its AV technology.

Submitting a Classroom Technologies Training Request

If you would like to be trained on how to use the A/V system in a classroom, the IT Service Desk can schedule a training session with you to review the technology and prepare you to present.

To submit a Classroom Technologies Training Request, fill out the Classroom Technologies Training Request form.

You will receive a confirmation of your appointment within a business day of the IT Service Desk receiving and processing your request.

Scheduling

You must fill out a Classroom Technologies Training Request form at least one business day in advance of when you are available for a training session, or FSL may not be able to reserve the classroom in time.

Note: Classroom Technologies Training Request hours differ from the general IT Service Desk hours. Classroom Training sessions can only be scheduled between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM on weekdays, and will not be performed on weekends.
