Tech Services Computer Labs, Large-format poster printing available at English Building
ICS division of Technology Services provides University of Illinois students, faculty and staff access to a large-format poster printer. Submit your poster orders online at https://papercut.ics.illinois.edu and select ICS Poster Printing on the left-hand side.
- The Default account option charges against your netid and is invoiced monthly through campus billing.
- The CFOP account option allows for billing to a campus CFOP billing account code provided by a departmental business office.
How much does it cost to print Large Format Posters at the English Building Lab?
The estimated cost for a wide format poster is $3.00 per square foot. As you work through the order form, the cost estimate for your proposed order will be provided in the order menu.
For example, an 18"x24" poster is estimated at $9

How to submit a Wide Format Poster?
Visit https://papercut.ics.illinois.edu/ and log in with your campus netid and password.
Choose ICS Poster Printing from left sidebar.
When next screen loads, Choose New Order
-Choose Location drop down and select English Lab
-Enter your Contact name and phone number
-Give representative title
-Add comments if warranted
-Select Desired completion date.
-Choose Create
From Next Screen, Choose New Item
-Enter appropriate Title
-Choose file with compatible file type
-Choose paper type glossy or matte
-Choose Dimension > Preset or Custom
- If Custom, maximum dimension for one of the sides is 41" (see presets as examples)
