What if ACCC does not support a classroom or lab space?
A list of various support teams at UIC is available below.
Departmental Contact Information
Departmental clients may still need assistance from Learning Technology Solutions (e.g. Blackboard/etc.)
If assistance is outside of LTS’s scope, they may be referred to General ACCC
support or to their departmental support staff below.
University Library (includes Daley and Library of Health Sciences)
Library IT staff support the PC hardware for all of the stations in their libraries (with the exception of the Media Lab.) Calls about their PC hardware should be forwarded to:
Student Affairs Technology supports the labs internal to UIC Campus housing. Calls about their hardware and labs should be forwarded to:
School of Public Health (SPHPI)
SPH End User Services supports technology in SPHPI spaces. They can be reached at:
College of Medicine
Any calls received which originate from or refer to the College of Medicine could be forwarded to COMIR:

University of Illinois Hospital
Any calls received which originate from or refer to the UofI Hospital should be forwarded to Hospital Information Services.
College of Pharmacy
Any calls received which originate from or refer to the College of Pharmacy could be forwarded to ITU:

College of Applied Health Sciences
Any calls received which originate from the College of Applied Health Sciences can be forwarded to AHS IT.
College of Liberal Arts and Sciences
If a client calls about an issue related to their personal computer or a technical problem in their office and their department is part of LAS, the call should likely be forwarded to LAS IT.
College of Engineering
If a client calls about an issue related to ERF classrooms, they should be forwarded to Engineering Media Services.
College of Business Administration
DH 170, 310, 320, and ETMSW L278 are supported by the College of Business Administration. In addition to the classrooms previously mentioned, offices within CBA will need to seek help from CBA IT.
College of Social Work
ETMSW 4417 and other classrooms on the 4th floor of ETMSW are supported by the College of Social Work IT group.

If the client has no departmental IT support you can try to confirm who their REACH contact is by searching their NetID in the UIC Directory at https://www.uic.edu/apps/find-people/search. Click on their department and search the contact list for a REACH contact.
