TrainingHub LMS - Course Manager for the Reporter Profile

Access to the Course Manager within TrainingHub LMS requires elevated access and is not accessible to general users. You must have either the Reporter or Trainer profile to access this function. Course Manager provides a quick and easy way to check learner record status. This is the recommended method for checking on course history of one or two learners, as it is quicker and easier than exporting a report from the Report Manager. 

The following steps walk through the process of checking course history for the Travel Card (TCard) Certification Course.

1. 1. Select Manager Menu in the top navigation bar and then select Course Manager.
      The Course Manager will load with a list view of all the courses to which you have access based on your profile settings. Courses are displayed sixteen (16) per page, and you can navigate through pages using the controls available in the list footer.
   2. In the search box at the top left of the screen, enter the term "tcard" and then select the magnifying glass button to the right of the search box or press the Enter key on your keyboard.
      You can clear your search at any time by clicking the reset button, which will display directly to the right of the magnifying glass button.
   3. To open the TCard course, select "Travel Card (TCard) Certification Course" in the Course Title column or select the green action icon in the far-right column of the list.
   4. After selecting a course from the list, you are taken to the History tab of the course.
      The History tab displays a list of learners with history records in the course. From this screen, you can check on the statuses of learners.
   5. To search course history records, enter a UIN or Learner Name in the search box, which works the same as Step 2 above.
