AITS - Service Desk - BeyondTrust/Bomgar – Login to BeyondTrust/Bomgar Representative Console

Instructions on how to download and login to BeyondTrust (Bomgar) Console.

To login to BeyondTrust/Bomgar Console, please follow the instructions listed below.

 

Visit: https://remote.uillinois.edu/login (Log in with Net ID  and AD Password)

bomgar login


From the drop down menu, user must choose the platform and select Download BeyondTrust/Bomgar Representative Console radio button.  User will then select Run, to allow client download.

BeyondTrust (Bomgar) Representative Setup screen will appear. Follow onscreen prompts:

If successful, user should be able to login to BeyondTrust (Bomgar) Console:
