By default, PARIS limits earn code selections to the most common adjustment earn codes. If your adjustment requires an earn code that is not shown, you have the option to display all earn codes in the User Preferences menu.

1. Log in to PARIS.
2. Open the Admin Tools menu.
3. Select the User Preferences menu.
4. Select the PRV PARIS option.
5. Deselect the PUA EARN CODES box in the Setting column.
6. Click the Save button to apply the setting.
   OR
   Click the Cancel button to clear the setting.
   OR
   Click the Restore Defaults button to return to the default setting.
7. Click the Save button to apply changes.
