Coursera is an web platform that provides online access to courses and degrees from a variety of universities and educational organizations, including the University of Illinois.
A number of online degrees offered by Illinois are operated through the Coursera platform, including the iMBA, iMSA, and iMSM programs from the Gies College of Business, the online Master of Computer Science program from the Grainger College of Engineering, and several graduate certificate courses.
Coursera often has course-specific configuration, so help is best provided by the department that hosts the course.
