Customers with iOS and Android devices may use the Box app to access U of I Box.

How to login using an iPhone or iPad:

1. Install the Box app from the Apple App Store.
2. Open the Box app.
3. Select "Log In" button.
4. Select "Use Single Sign On (SSO)"
5. Enter your @illinois.edu, @uis.edu, or @uic.edu email address.
6. Click "Log In"
7. Choose your campus and click "Select"
8. Enter your NetID and campus password.

How to login using an Android device:

1. Install the Box app from the Google Play store.
2. Open the Box app.
3. Select the "Log In" button.
4. Select "Use Company credentials."
5. Enter your @illinois.edu, @uis.edu, or @uic.edu email address.
6. Click "Log In."
7. Choose your campus and click "Select this campus."
8. Enter your NetID and campus password.
