U of I Box, Uillinois accounts, Second email alias

I have an @uillinois.edu email account. When I created a U of I Box account it became an @illinois.edu account. May I change this, or add a second email address?

Box has an email alias feature, which allows customers to add secondary email addresses as aliases to their primary Box account.  Customers need to be able to receive email at the secondary account in order to complete the verification process. For example, any @illinois.edu customer with an @uillinois.edu address may add a NetID@uillinois.edu alias.  Then, Box collaboration invitations can be sent to NetID@uillinois.edu.

Currently this needs to be done on an individual basis.

Visit the Account Settings page, and click Add Email to add your email alias.  See here for more details:

We are investigating modifying the U of I Box enrollment process to automatically add the alias for customers with @uillinois.edu addresses.
