Steps For Vendors First Time Login to the Kahua Application
Step 1 - Launch Kahua, Vendor Company Email Login
Go to https://launch.kahua.com/
- Type in your Company assigned E-Mail Account.
- Check the Box "Remember Me"
- Click the " → " to Continue
Step 2 - Kahua SSO Reauthenticate
Next we will Reauthenticate with University Credentials
- Check the box Reauthenticate via SSO
- Click the "Sign in" Button
Step 3 - University NetID Account Sign in
Next Authenticating with University Credentials
- Login with your NetID campus assigned email
- This should be your netid@illinois.edu
- The NetID is case sensitive and should be in lowercase.
- Click the "Next" Button
Step 4 - NetID Account Password
Next Lets Login with your University NetID Account Password
- Supply your account password.
- Click the "Sign in" Button

Step 5 - DUO
Next DUO 2FA/MFA Authenticate
- Duo Mobile / SMS text Pass code for 2FA Authentication
- Need to add a 2FA Number for SMS Text Please See KB: AITS - Service Desk - 2FA/DUO - Enroll a New Phone/Number (uillinois.edu)
Step 6 - Dashboard - Desktop App
Step 6 Congratulation you are now in the Kahua Dashboard.
- Optional! You can now install the Desktop App Kahua for Windows by clicking the Download Button at the Middle Bottom of the page
