University Bursar - Why do I owe a balance if I have a sponsor paying my student account?

When we bill your sponsor, you will receive conditional credits on your student account.

If there is still a balance after the credits are applied, it means either the sponsor didn't cover all the charges owed or there was a billing discrepancy. In such cases, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.

Please Note: A Sponsor Authorization Request must be submitted before sponsor credits can be applied to the student account.
