Grants & Sponsored Projects - Review Grant Inception To Date and Transaction Detail
  1. Type FZIGITD in the Search field and press the ENTER key to open Grant Inception To Date.
  2. Press the TAB key to move to the Grant field.
  3. Type the grant code if known and press the TAB key, then skip to step 8.
    OR
    If the grant code is not known, click the Search button next to the Grant field.
  4. Click the List of Grant Codes (FRIGRNT).
  5. Enter your search criteria.
  6. Click the Go button.
  7. Navigate to the desired grant and click the Select button.
  8. Click the Go button.
  9. Click to highlight the desired Account code.
  10. From the Related menu, select Grant Detail Information (FZIGTRD).
  11. Click the Account code to select a transaction to view detail.
  12. From the Related menu, select Query Document [By Type].
  13. Click the Go button to review detail information about the transaction.
  14. Click the Close button to return to the Grant Transaction Detail Form (FZIGTRD).
  15. Click the Close button again to return to the Grant Inception to Date Form (FZIGITD).
  16. Click the Close button again to return to the main menu.
