How to Stop Daily Digests

The University of Illinois uses Proofpoint as one of its email spam control measures. By default, Proofpoint will send out a spam digest email daily to inform you of any spam emails in your quarantine. This email will still be sent, even if your quarantine is empty.

If you would like to no longer receive an empty end user digest, please note this and send a request to consult@illinois.edu.

If you would like to stop receiving ALL end user digest emails (even those with quarantined emails), please note this and send a request to consult@illinois.edu. *It is strongly advised to continue receiving spam digest emails that contain quarantined emails if you use the Cautious, Cautious Plus, or Aggressive personal spam policies. This will ensure you get a notice if any emails have been quarantined, giving you the chance to review these emails before they are permanently deleted.
