How to start a remote session using BeyondTrust (Bomgar) Web Rep Console.

Have client visit: https://remote.uillinois.edu. the website will prompt the client to enter a session key:

Once the client enters the session key and presses submit, the following will appear:

Have the client follow onscreen prompts. A window should appear briefly, showing their computer connecting to the server:

Followed by the End Users Agreement:

Once the client has accepted the terms and conditions they will appear in your console window:

Once you select the Accept radio button the screen will load to the session screen. You will need to select the computer monitor with the play button to start the screen sharing:

The client will be prompted to Allow or Refuse control. The last step is to select the mouse icon to take control of the mouse and keyboard on the clients computer:
