Zoom Overview:
Zoom is a software that allows you to set up you meetings, conferences, and webinars. Zoom also allows you to record to your device or to the cloud. This documents goes over Zoom at VetMed and how you can use it.

Service Accounts
VetMed IT has service accounts on Zoom. This allows you to schedule a meeting from this account instead of your account. This offering can be used for a public meeting or event. These accounts are assigned to departments around the college that pay for these accounts. If you do not know if your department pays for a Zoom account you can contact us and we would be happy to assist you!
Zoom Training
If you need help scheduling, recording, transcribing, or any other assistance. let us know and our AV Coordinator would be happy to facilitate a training session for you one-on-one to go over how to use Zoom.
Note: It is not within IT@VetMed's purview to set-up or facilitate any Zoom meeting.
AV Assistance
The AV Coordinator is on call to help anyone having issues with audio and video within the College. If you're teaching or hosting an event and something isn't working, please call or email us and we can troubleshoot the issues.
