Canvas@Illinois , Creating a registrar-affiliated course copy
This page has tips for creating a registrar-affiliated course space in Canvas
In order to copy a previous Canvas course into a Canvas course you will need to request a blank Registrar-Affiliated Canvas shell via the Space Request Application: http://go.illinois.edu/sra.
- Once the blank Canvas shell is made, you will navigate to the course and click Import Existing Content on the right.
- Then, from the drop down, select Copy a Canvas Course.
- Next, select the course you want to copy. Proceed to select the relevant options, then click Import. This may take a few minutes depending on the size of your course.
