Canvas@Illinois , How to Print Photo Roster

This document explains how to print your Canvas roster so student pictures display.

You can print your Canvas course roster with the enrolled members of the class pictured by following these steps:

For Chrome users:

  1. Navigate to and open your Canvas course.
  2. Click the "People" link in the course menu to open the roster.
  3. Select "Print" from your browser menu.
  4. In the Print options menu, click "More Settings" to expand the options.
  5. Check the box next to "Background Graphics."

  6. Click "Print."

For Firefox users: 

  1. Navigate to and open your Canvas course.
  2. Click the "People" link in the course menu to open the roster.
  3. Select "Print" from your browser menu.
  4. In the Print options menu, click "More Settings" to expand the options.
  5. Check the box next to "Print backgrounds."


  6. Click "Print."
