Information about database software.
Cambridge Structural Database (CSD)
Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre
Cambridge Structural Database is database of organic and organometallic compounds. The most widely used feature is the search engine for chemical structures.
WebCSD is provided to the University of Illinois community courtesy of the School of Chemical Sciences. WebCSD is free within the UIUC network (including with VPN).
For access to CSD installers, email SCS Computing at email@example.com.
Inorganic Crystal Structure Database (ICSD)
The Inorganic Crystal Structural Database contains complete structural information for inorganic compounds, including compound name, molecular formula, crystal symmetry group, unit cell parameters, atomic coordinates, and temperature factors. Sources for ICSD are original journal articles. ICSD contains the CDIST software calculation package. Bibliographic information, property information, and indexing terms are searchable.
Supported in collaboration with the Chemistry Library.
