Copying & Printing

Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for all copy jobs. Emergency requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine if we are able to accommodate during normal hours of operation.

Thesis Binding

Effective March 1, 2025, Lincoln Bookbindery transitioned ownership to Dixon Graphics, a university-approved vendor.  Options:

  1. Provide a self-printed thesis for Dixon Graphics to bind
  2. Have Dixon Graphics both print and bind your thesis

    Walk-Up / Self-service copiers & printers

    Walk-up copier locations:

    • A114 CLSL (Chemical and Life Sciences Lab)
    • A131 CLSL - IMPA (Inorganic, Material, Physical and Analytic Chemistry) area office
    • 271 RAL (Roger Adams Lab)

    All SCS Walk-up / Self-service multi-function copiers/printers use PaperCut for accounting.  Instructions for copying & printing, and for installing software to use the copier/printer are below:

    If you would like your CFOP added to the self-service copiers (or if it is not appearing on a copier), please email SCS Computing staff.  

    If you need a copy job moved to a different account, please use this form to submit your request.
