SANDI - rDVM Portal Password Setup/Reset Instructions

The following instructions will guide you through resetting the rDVM Portal password.

1. From the Vetstar home screen, enter the quick command ref and press enter.

2. Bring up the doctor or clinic for which the password will be set/changed and enter. (VERIFY that you have the correct account pulled up!)

3. F6 to go into change mode or select the Change button.

4. Select the Additional Info button in the lower right corner,

5. At Password, type the new password and F3 to save out.  

NOTE: When a password is setup you will see it here.  This can aid you in troubleshooting any issues an rDVM might have with the portal by logging in as the rDVM.
