SANDI - Owner Portal Password Reset Instructions

The following instructions will guide you through resetting the Owner Portal password.
  1. Bring up the doctor or clinic for which the password will be set/changed and enter. (VERIFY that you have the correct account pulled up!)
  2. From the Vetstar home screen, enter 2 for Charges in the command line and press Enter.OwnerPortal2a.jpg
  3. F6 to go into change mode or select the Change button then press Enter to bring up the account info.
  4. Select the Other Info button ion the right.
  5. At Login Password, type the new password and F3to save out.
