Student Extra Help Opportunities

Student Large Animal Caretakers Needed at Vet Med Large Animal Clinic for spring and summer positions. Pay rate is $11.00 an hour. Duties include: cleaning and bedding stalls; feeding, watering and caring for horses and cattle; power washing stalls, hallways and surgery suites; restocking cleaning supplies and feed; and moving horses around the clinic. Hours will be weekday mornings from 6AM-9AM; weekday evenings from 5PM-10PM; and Saturday and Sunday mornings from 6AM-11AM. Able to work up to 20 hours a week during school this spring and up to 40 hours a week in the summer. Schedule subject to change due to Covid-19 pandemic. Large animal experience is a plus.
