UPB - PARIS Training, Job Aids, and Resources
PARIS Access and Training
The PARIS application was developed in partnership with University Payroll & Benefits (UPB), Administrative Information Technology Services (AITS), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and System Offices Shared Services (SOSS). It uses similar technology developed for the Human Resources Front End (HRFE) application to directly interface with Banner.
PARIS Adjustments
Two types of adjustment modules are available in PARIS:
- Current Pay Adjustment (CPA) allows you to replace a timesheet or erroneous pay pay record during payroll calculation.
- Prior Underpayment Adjustment (PUA) allows you to request late or missed pay, as well as other payments.
PARIS Security Access
2-Factor authentication (2FA) is required to access PARIS. You can register for 2FA in the NetID Center.
PARIS access is requested through your Unit Security Contact (USC). Prior Underpayment Adjustment (PUA) access requires completion of both online training courses before access can be requested.
